I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. While the location was fantastic, close to Chinatown and various markets, the room I received was much smaller than expected and lacked natural light. The service was pleasant but could have been more attentive, and the breakfast options were limited with stale pastries. Overall, it was comfortable but not worth the price considering the drawbacks.

The room I got was quite small, with no windows except for a shutter to a tiny courtyard. It did have a nice bed, but the lack of space made it uncomfortable.

The hotel is a charming little spot located conveniently near cultural attractions and beautiful Peranakan homes. While I loved the exceptional service and quiet ambiance during my weekday stay, the room I initially received was quite cramped and lacked some basic comforts. Breakfast was simple, but the overall experience was still enjoyable, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Although the location was quite convenient for exploring Jonker Street, the room I stayed in had several issues that detracted from my experience. The check-in process was frustrating, and the breakfast choices were lacking in quality. Overall, while the location is a plus, the subpar service and facilities leave a lot to be desired.
