Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. While the location was fantastic, close to Chinatown and various markets, the room I received was much smaller than expected and lacked natural light. The service was pleasant but could have been more attentive, and the breakfast options were limited with stale pastries. Overall, it was comfortable but not worth the price considering the drawbacks.
The hotel is a charming little spot located conveniently near cultural attractions and beautiful Peranakan homes. While I loved the exceptional service and quiet ambiance during my weekday stay, the room I initially received was quite cramped and lacked some basic comforts. Breakfast was simple, but the overall experience was still enjoyable, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.
My return visit to the hotel was disappointing due to poor service and amenities. Although the location was quite convenient for exploring Jonker Street, the room I stayed in had several issues that detracted from my experience. The check-in process was frustrating, and the breakfast choices were lacking in quality. Overall, while the location is a plus, the subpar service and facilities leave a lot to be desired.
I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel, perfectly located near all the major attractions in Melaka. The room was bright and cheerful with a lovely view of the river, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the dining area was a bit too far from the room. Overall, good value for the price.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant with outstanding staff who really went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was great, just a short walk from Jonker Street and many local eateries. However, the room I stayed in was quite small and lacked space to move around comfortably. The breakfast selection was limited but decent. The dining experience could improve, especially in terms of variety.
